The Output determination gives functions for sales, transportation, billing and shipping in order to help the employees to manage and coordinate activities with the customers and also inside the organization too. Here you will be able to create sales activities and group them. As an example you can create sales activities like customer telephone calls, mailing lists etc. and then they can be groups like for freight lists. After doing this the employees within the organization will get the ability to receive and send that output. These particular outputs are linked directly to sales transactions corresponding to that.

This is also used for output control. This is integrated with that. This is used to communicate the information between external and internal partners. There are many features of output determination. This system has the ability to propose the output for a sales and distribution document automatically. And the users have the ability to change the output in this document.

During sales processing, the outputs are very important as it plays the role of a communicator between external and internal partners in the company. The particular outputs can be taken out in many ways. It can be printed on a paper or else it can be generated as pdf file or else sent by mails.

There are 3 functions which the output determination defines using the condition technique.

They are automatic determination of output in respective object, processing of output based on some events and respective parameter/medium for print. These respective output types can be assigned to partner functions, transmission media and dispatch time. Let’s see some of the output types. They are print output, Telex, E-Mail, Electronic Data Interchange and also fax.

In this output determination process, you can follow some steps. Step 1 is defining the condition table. Here you can define the field combinations. If you need a new condition table, you must enter the name of the table and the number. Rember the number should start from 900. Then select the respective fields to generate the new table.

Second step is defining the access sequence. Third step is defining the output types. Then in the fourth step have to follow another procedure which is assigning output types of partner function. Fourth step is maintaining output procedure and the last step is assigning output determination procedure.
